摘 要:设计了三种材质的超声波辐射器,并通过模态分析优化设计尺寸。同时,开展铝合金超声铸造实验测试了三种辐射器对熔体的耐腐蚀性和对凝固组织的细化效果。结果表明:当Ⅰ型钛合金、Ⅱ型钛合金、石墨辐射器的尺寸分别为134、132、74 mm时,它们与振动系统匹配最好;三种辐射器对铸锭组织均有细化效果,其中,Ⅱ型钛合金辐射器抗腐蚀性强,疲劳强度高,能够长时间连续工作,并具有稳定的细晶效果,可以应用于铝合金半连铸工艺。Ultrasonic radiators of three materials were designed,and their sizes were optimized by modal analysis.Meanwhile,Ultrasonic casting experiment of aluminum alloy was carried out to test the radiators' corrosion resistance to melt and refining effect on solidification microstructures.The results show that radiators of Ti-alloyⅠ,Ⅱand graphite match the vibration system best when their sizes are 134mm,132mm and 74mm respectively.Three radiators all take refining effects on microstructures,while the radiator of Ti-alloy Ⅱcan be applied to semi-continuous casting technology of aluminum alloy for its strong corrosion resistance,high fatigue strength,long-time continuous working performance and stable grain-refining effect.
