摘  要:运用传统的铸造工艺设计方法对铸钢件立式磨动臂的铸造工艺进行了初步设计,利用V-Cast模拟软件,对立式磨动臂初始工艺的凝固过程进行了数值模拟,分析了初始工艺产生缺陷的部位和原因。在此基础上,通过增加冒口尺寸、增设冷铁和改变内浇道位置,优化了铸造工艺,对优化工艺再次进行了模拟。结果显示,优化工艺实现了立式磨动臂的顺序凝固,消除了缩孔、缩松等缺陷。The original casting process of steel castings vertical mill boom was designed by conventional design method.The solidification progress of original casting was simulated by V-Cast software.The location and cause of shrinkage defects under original casting process was analyzed.Based on this,through increasing the size of the riser,adding chill and changing the location of runner,the new casting process was optimized and simulated again.The results show that the optimized process can ensure casting's progressive solidification and eliminate shrinkage and porosity.
