摘  要:对差厚拼焊板汽车后门内板零件在冲压成形时的焊缝移动进行研究,设定了有限元数值模拟前处理的一些关键参数;建立了车门内板及其模具的三维模型;用分析软件Dynaform进行数值模拟仿真。研究了焊缝位置对成形性及焊缝移动的影响,同时对焊缝移动控制等进行了大量模拟拉深试验。对这些模拟结果进行了分析讨论,最终得到了较合理的结果,并用于指导模具设计。The weld-line movement of TWB auto inner door with different thickness in stamping process was studied.A number of key parameters of finite element numerical simulation of pre-treatment was set;the door-inner and three-dimensional model of the die was established.With the FEM software Dynaform,various forming condition were simulated in door-inner drawing process.The effects of welding seam position on sean formng and movement were studied,and a lot of extension simulation were carried out.The simulation results presented by the diagrams were discussed,and proper results were attained,which were used for desinguide.
