摘  要:选取固定凹模柱塞模式、固定凹模约束分流模式和浮动凹模约束分流模式3种不同模具方案,对直齿轮温锻成形过程进行数值模拟。分析3种模式下齿轮的成形效果、等效应变分布和成形载荷等信息,确定了改善充填性和降低工作载荷的最佳工艺方案。对最优的方案进行工艺实验验证,实验结果与模拟结果基本吻合,从而为直齿轮温锻成形工艺的实用化提供了一定的理论依据。The warm forging of spur gear was simulated by three modes of die which were upended forging in fixed cavity die,restrained divided flow in fixed cavity die and restrained divided flow in floating cavity die.Through the analysis of filling effect,the effective strain fields and the load,the optimized processes of improving filling and reducing load were determined.The optimal process was experimented and the simulation was in agreement with experimental results.So the certain theory guidance is provided for the application of the process.
