摘  要:板料拉深成形过程是包含材料非线性、几何非线性、接触非线性的多重非线性问题,拉深成形的机理非常复杂,依靠传统的反复试模,凭借经验寻求最佳成形参数的方法,不仅产品质量得不到保证,还会大大延长产品开发周期,增加开发成本。针对此问题,采用有限元分析软件Dynaform对世界知名品牌HOFMANN某型拆胎机所用气缸壳体拉深成形工序进行了数值模拟,通过模拟分析,将原需要3次拉深成形工序改为2次拉深成形工序,并进行了实验验证,有效地降低了制造成本,提高了生产效率。Sheet metal deep drawing process is of multiple nonlinearity problem,including material nonlinearity,geometric nonlinearity and contact nonlinearity.Forming mechanism of deep drawing is very complicated.Only depending on experiences by conventional approach of trying again and again to seek for the best forming parameter and mould structure,the product quality can not be guaranteed,on the other hand,the schedule will be delayed and the cost will be increased.Based on finite element simulation Dynaform software,this article investigated the forming process of tire changer cylinder shell of a well-known brand-Hofmann.With simulation analysis,3-stage drawing processes to canbe change into 2-stage drawing processes and positive experimental result was obtained.As a result,it can reduce cost and improve production efficiency.
