摘 要:为最大限度地满足特殊轨道工程质量要求,减少断轨隐患,本文针对QU100起重机轨截面大,焊接接头是否具有与母材相当的强韧性问题,采用对比试验方法,对QU100起重机轨U75V及U71Mn的母材、焊态、焊后正火热处理态的接头强韧性进行了对比分析研究。结果表明:U75V、U71Mn钢轨的母材、焊态、正火态接头的强度水平相当,但伸长率、冲击韧性水平差异很大;焊接接头尤其是正火处理后的焊接接头,其韧性明显优于母材。对于锁定轨温要求极高的焊轨工程,只有采用焊后正火处理,才能最大限度地降低断轨率,延长轨道使用寿命。QU100 crane rail is a kind of high strength rail.The head of the rail is wider and the end of the rail is thinner.In order to explore a suitable welding method and the welding parameter for QU100 crane rail,analysis on base metal and welding seam has done.At the same time compare the machinery and organization of the normal welding joint with the normalized joint.The result shows that: As the toughness of QU100 crane rail is poor,it is hard to weld.The flash butt welding is suitable for the material.The Mechanical properties and organization could full fill the TB standard.The comparison of normal welding joint and normalized joint the result is that the normalizing process can improve the joints properties especially the toughness properties.
