摘　　要：为保证电网在意外情况下发生大面积停电时能尽快恢复对电网的供电,需要水电站具有黑启动能力。文章介绍了小浪底水利枢纽的黑启动电源电站———浪清水电站黑启动的技术及实现步骤。Black start is required for a power plant in order to assure that power supply to the grid could be resumed as early as possible after power failure occurs in a large area because of unexpected reasons. In the paper, technology and implementing procedures of black start for Langqing Hydropower Station, which is the power-supply plant for black start of Xiaolangdi Project, are introduced.
