摘　　要：分析在数字化信息环境下传统的文献保障率存在的诸多局限性的基础上,提出用文献信息资源的有效投入来描述文献保障程度。认为用文献保障度来替代文献保障率更有其科学合理性,并给出了计算公式。This paper analysis that under the digital information environment there are many limitations to traditional document guarantee rate which is not suited to the present age library.The effective investment in documents information resource（include paper bibliography,database and online network information etc） can be used to describe documents guarantee degree.The paper states it is more scientific and rational with documents guarantee degree to replacing documents guarantee rates,and also gives a calculating formula.
