摘　　要：介绍国外公共图书馆盲人阅览服务概况,阐述我国公共图书馆盲人阅览室服务的不足并分析其原因,提出从三个方面构建我国公共图书馆盲人阅览室服务体系的建议。Based on the general situation of the reading room for the blind in public library,the article sums up the status of the service system and analyses the shortages.Finally it proposes three aspects of structuring the service system of reading room for the blind.
