摘 要:实验对大气等离子喷涂方法制备的氧化钇部分稳定氧化锆(Yttria partially stabilized zirconium,YPSZ)热障涂层的表面进行激光重熔和激光修饰处理,着重考察了在两种不同激光能量条件下,YPSZ陶瓷表层的显微结构和热障涂层系统的高温氧化行为。结果显示,激光处理使得原本相对粗糙的表面变得光滑致密,陶瓷层裂纹数量减少:激光重熔的样品出现网状裂纹,并从表面纵深至陶瓷层底部;激光修饰一定程度上保持了初始样品的层状组织。在恒温氧化过程中,经过激光处理的样品热生长氧化层(Thermally Grown Oxide,TGO)变得连续而致密。循环氧化增重的结果表明,激光处理使得样品氧化增重减少,而其中激光修饰的样品表现出更佳的抗氧化性能。In this study, plasma sprayed YPSZ thermal barrier coating was treated by continuous wave CO2 laser beam with two different energy densities. Microstrueture and oxidation behaviors after laser treatment were evaluated: Laser beam converted the rough ceramic surface into smooth one. Specifically, the surface became more compact after laser remehing. The net-shaped cracks penetrated to the bottom of top coat. In the other hand, the low energy laser modified the shape of lamellar structure and the tortuous network of microcracks. Isothermal oxidation result demonstrated that the thickness of TGO scale was reduced by laser treatment. Also, a continuous oxide layer was observed in the laser modified specimen. During the cyclic oxidation, the weight gain of laser treated specimen was less than as-sprayed specimen. The laser modified specimen which has the least incremental weight exhibited the best oxidation resistance.
