摘  要:测定了光敏剂血卟啉单甲醚对人宫颈癌细胞HeLa光敏作用后的傅里叶红外光谱。结果显示:光敏作用后,HeLa细胞磷酸二酯基团的对称伸缩振动峰1085cm^(-1)和不对称伸缩振动峰1246cm^(-1)蓝移,强度下降:蛋白质酰胺Ⅰ带1656cm^(-1)发生蓝移,酰胺Ⅱ带1546cm^(-1)出现红移;CH_2对称伸缩振动峰2858cm^(-1),峰位蓝移2cm^(-1),峰值明显减弱:细胞的蛋白质和核酸谱峰面积比值D1085/D1546降低。提示细胞中的DNA、蛋白质和磷脂结构受到损伤。结果表明:DNA、蛋白质和磷脂是血卟啉单甲醚光敏作用的主要靶分子。The paper determines the Fourier transform infrared spectrum of HeLa human cervix cancer cells photosensitized by the photosensitizer (Hematoporphyrin monomethylether). Results are showed: after photosensitizing, the peaks of symmetric stretching vibrations (1 085 cm-1) and asymmetric stretching vibrations (1246cm-1) of the phosphodiester bond of HeLa cells both shift to high wave number, with decreasing in peak strength; the protein amide I band(1 656 cm-1) shifts to blue wave and the protein amide Ⅱ (1 546cm-1) band shifts to red wave; the peak (2 858 cm-1 ) of CH2 symmetric stretching vibrations (2 858 cm-1)shifts 2cm-1 to blue wave, meanwhile, the peak strength decreases significantly; the integral ratio (D1086/D1540) of the peak area of protein and nucleic acids of HeLa cells goes down as well. Consequently, the conformations of DNA, protein, and phosphoric fat in HeLa cells are damaged to some extents. It is concluded that DNA, protein, and phosphoric fat are the main target molecules of photodymic effect of the photosensitizer (Hematoporphyrin monomethylether).
