摘 要:目的:研究冠心病危重病人血红蛋白结构大小,为临床的诊断和治疗提供新信息。方法利用动态激光散射技术,分别对分散于pH=7.4、8.0缓冲液中的6例冠心病危重病人血红蛋白的粒径分布进行检测。结果:(1)在pH=7.4时冠心病危重病人的血红蛋白粒径保持为四聚体结构(5.62nm左右),与健康人相同。(2)pH=8.0时以粒径3.16nm左右为主,为单聚体结构,粒径4.22nm左右其次,为二聚体结构,粒径5.62nm左右非常少,为四聚体结构,与健康人在碱性环境下的粒径一致。结论:冠心病人危重病人血红蛋白的结构大小与健康人在相同条件下一致,没有发生病变。Objective:To provide new informations for clinical diagnosis and treatment, the sizes and structures of hemoglobin of critically ill patients with coronary heart disease were studied. Methods: By using dynamic laser light scattering, the size distributions of hemoglobin in critically ill patients with coronary heart disease were detected in pH 7.4, 8.0 buffer solution, respectively. Results: (1) in pH 7.4, the structures of hemoglobin from critically ill patients with coronary heart disease remain as tetramer size structure (5.62 nm), which are the same as healthy people.(2) in pH 8.0, most of structures of hemoglobin are a monomer with a size of 3.16 nm, some are a dimer with a size of around 4.22 nm and few remain normal size (5.62 nm) of tetramer, which are the same as healthy people in alkaline environment. Conclusion: the sizes and structures of hemoglobin of critically ill patients with coronary heart disease are the same as those of healthy people and have not been found changes.
