摘 要:以锌盐、铁盐和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为原料,通过静电纺丝法先制备PVP/硝酸盐复合纤维,这些复合纤维以5℃·min-1的升温速率加热到500℃并保温3h,最终得到铁酸锌(ZnFe2O4)中空纤维.通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)以及振动样品磁强计(VSM)等分析手段对中空纤维的晶体结构、形貌和磁学性能进行了研究.结果显示,ZnFe2O4中空纤维属于尖晶石结构,高温处理后仍能保持一维结构,纤维直径在200-400nm之间,纤维壁由大小为25nm的颗粒堆积而成.室温磁化结果显示制备的ZnFe2O4中空纤维具有超顺磁性,在10kOe的磁化强度为2.03emu·g-1.Zinc ferrite (ZnFe2O4) hollow fibers have been fabricated by annealing electrospun polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP)/nitrate salt composite nanofibers at 500 ℃ for 3 h with a heating rate of 5 ℃·min-1.The composite fibers were initially prepared by electrospinning Zn,Fe salts,and PVP from solution.The structure,morphology,and magnetic properties were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),transmission electron microscopy (TEM),and vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM).The XRD results indicate a spinel phase structure,while SEM and TEM reveal hollow fibers (200-400 nm in diameter) with walls consisting of packed 25 nm nanoparticles.Room temperature VSM of the ZnFe2O4 hollow fibers reveal a superparamagnetic behavior and a magnetization value of 2.03 emu· g-1 at 10 kOe.
