摘 要:在发动机运转过程中,将产生许多细小磨损颗粒,这些磨损颗粒悬浮于机械润滑系统的油中,蕴含着机械磨损状态的重要信息,文中讨论了油料光谱分析技术和油料铁谱分析技术的优缺点,重点通过典型实例阐述了油液光谱分析技术和铁谱分析技术在发动机磨损故障诊断中的运用。试验表明,油液光谱分析技术和铁谱分析技术是磨损监控重要手段之一,它们可以提供大量机械磨损的信息,便于及时发现故障的部位和形貌。A lot of wear granule would be produced in the engine running.Those wear granule,which suspends in the oil of lubricate system,contains much important information about machine wear state.The advantage and shortcoming of oil spectral analysis and iron analysis is shown in this text.The application of oil spectral analysis and iron analysis in engine wear diagnosis is explained by analyzing typical example.Spectra analysis and iron analysis,which offers a lot of wear information,is one of important wear surveillance methods,so that the position and character of malfunction can be detected in good time.
