摘 要:为了实现玻璃生产过程中废玻璃的综合利用,得到经济价值高、加工成本低的氧化铈。以某企业的废玻璃为原料,经稀盐酸预处理后溶解于浓盐酸中提取氧化铈。分别研究了稀盐酸的浓度和加入量、浓盐酸的加入量、水浴时间和温度等因素对氧化铈产率的影响,并得出了最佳提取条件:稀盐酸浓度为2 mol/L、稀盐酸加入量为100 mL、浓盐酸加入量为250 mL、水浴时间为2 h、水浴温度为95℃。In order to comprehensive utilize glass refuse and get cerium dioxide which has high economic value and low pro- cessing cost, cerium dioxide extraction was made with glass refuse from an enterprise as raw material.Firstly the glass refuse was pretreated with diluted hydrochloric acid, and then it was dissolved in concentrated hydrochloric acid to extract cerium dioxide.Influences of concentration and quantity of diluted hydrochloric acid ,quantity of concentrated hydrochloric acid, water bath time, and temperature etc. on cerium dioxide yield were studied.The optimal process parameters were obtained as follows:concentration and quantity of diluted hydrochloric acid were 2 mol/L and 100 mL respectively, quantity of concentrated hydrochloric acid was 250 mL, and water bath time and temperature were 2 h and 95℃respectively.
