摘 要:通过流动注射分光光度法分析了泵连续稀释净化后的湿法磷酸样品,建立了磷、氟的同时在线分析系统。并与喹钼柠酮重量法和氟离子选择电极法进行对照。结果表明:五氧化二磷测定的线性范围为20~250mg/L.测定频率为40次/h,RSD〈1.0%;氟离子测定的线性范围为0.2-1.2mg/L,测定频率为30次/h,RSD〈3.0%,m(P205)胁(F)测定的RSD〈3.0%。该方法能够快速、准确测定出样品中的磷、氟含量,同时实现饲料级磷酸盐生产过程中的磷氟比在线分析监测。The samples of purified phosphoric acid were serial diluted by pumps, and the simultaneous online analysis for determining phosphate and fluoride was built by adopting a flow-injection spectrophotometric system,which was compared with quimoline phosphomolybdate gravimetric analysis and fluorine ion-selective electrode method.Results showed that the linear range was at 20-250 mg/L for P205, the detection frequency was 40 times/h, and RSD〈 1.0% ;the linear rang was at 0.2-1.2 mg/L for F,the detection frequency was 30 times/h,and RSD〈3.0% ;and the detected m (P2O5)/m (F) RSD〈3.0%.The phosphate and fluoride content of sample could be measured rapidly and accurately by this approach, and could achieve the online monitoring of phosphate and fluoride content in the production process of feed-grade phosphate.
