摘  要:通过室内生测,研究了除草剂精喹禾灵对节肢动物近似鳞的毒力.结果表明:以不同浓度(0.05、0.1、0.2、0.4、0.8μg/mL)精喹禾灵对近似鳞Tomocerus similes进行处理,1 d后的致死率按照剂量由低到高的顺序分别为19.4%、23.3%、63.3%、96.6%和100%;施药2 d后次高浓度(0.4μg/mL)已将试虫全部致死;施药7 d后,大田浓度(0.2μg/mL)对试虫的致死率已达93.3%,而低浓度(0.05、0.1μg/mL)对试虫的致死率也分别达到了71.0%和76.6%.药剂处理24 h的LC50为0.127 8μg/mL.研究结果表明土壤中的近似鳞对除草剂精喹禾灵极为敏感,为近似鳞成为土壤除草剂残留检测的指示生物提供了依据.The herbicide of 5% quizalofop EC was tested at different dose under laboratory bioassays conditions for their toxicity against the arthropod of Tomocerus similes.The results showed that the death rate of T.similis were 19.4%,23.3%,63.3%,96.6%and 100% respectively after 1 day treated with different concentrations(0.05,0.1,0.2,0.4,0.8 μg/mL) of 5% quizalofop EC.All the tested insects were killed in high concentration(0.4 μg/mL) after treated 2 days.The death rate of T.similis reached to 93.3% in field concentration,and reached 71.0% and 76.6% in low concentration(0.05 μg/mL,0.1 μg/mL) respectively after treated 7 days.The LC50 value of 5% quizalofop EC was 0.127 8 μg/mL in the treatment of 24 h.It is concluded from the results that T.similis which live in soil is very sensitive to the herbicide of quizalofop,and these findings provided a basis for T.similis as an indicator organism in the soil monitoring of herbicide residues.
