摘　　要：目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染及其分型对糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法:采用酶联免疫反应法(ELISA)测定180例2型糖尿病患者血清中的Hp-IgM及Hp细胞毒素相关蛋白(CagA)抗体,根据结果分为3组,观察患者的血压、体重指数、血尿酸、血脂及HbA1c水平。结果:2型糖尿病患者的Hp阳性率为46.7%,其中H pylori+CagA+占66.7%;H pylori+CagA+组、H pylori+CagA-组、H pylori-组在性别、年龄、BMI、腰围、收缩压、HbA1c、空腹C肽、血尿酸、血甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、胆固醇水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Hp感染与糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗之间无联系。Objective： To discuss the influence of various types of Helicobacter pylori（HP） infection on insulin resistance in diabetic patients.Methods： The Hp-IgM and CagA antibodies of 180 patients with type 2 diabetes were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.All patients were divided into three groups based on the measured results,and the blood pressure,body mass index（BMI）,uric acid,lipids and HbA1c levels were also examined.Results： HP positive rate was 46.7% in patients with type 2 diabetes,among them CagA antibody positive rate was 66.7%.By comparison of the sex,age,BMI,waist circumference,systolic blood pressure,HbA1c,fasting c-peptide,blood uric acid,blood triglycerides,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol levels,the difference wasn＇t statistically significant among H pylori＋CagA＋ group,H pylori＋CagA-groups,and H pylori-group.Conclusions： HP infection has no correlation with insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes.
