摘  要:[目的]近年来浙江西部山区春播玉米粗缩病危害严重,缺少有效的防治手段。研究通过拌种的方法来控制玉米粗缩病的发生,对指导生产防控具有一定实际意义。[方法]分别在自然发病与接毒发病条件下,应用吡蚜酮不同用量拌种与应用丁硫克百威、吡虫啉拌种,观察不同拌种处理对玉米粗缩病的发病影响。[结果]应用吡蚜酮拌种可以明显减轻玉米粗缩病发病,发病程度可下降50%-70%,且效果优于丁硫克百威、吡虫啉。[Aims] In recent years, the spring sowing maize in the west moutain area of Zhejiang has been sufferred from damage Of maize rough dwarf disease and there has not been an effective control measure. The paper presents a seed dressing method to control the disease, which has certain practical significance in production and prevention. [Methods] Under the circumstances of natural infestation and artificial infestation respectively, pymetrozine, carbosulfan, imidaeloprid were dressing seeds in different dosages, the effects of infestation were recorded among treatments. [Results] Pymetrozine seed dressing can significantly decrease the infestation of maize rough dwarf disease, infestation rate can decrease 50-70%, better than carbosulfan and imidacloprid seed dressing.
