摘　　要：本文以工业企业为研究对象,分析了工业企业低碳生产的现状,发现了工业企业能源消耗量大、低碳减排潜力巨大的特点。在价值工程和低碳经济的研究基础上,给出了价值工程的扩展公式,并将此扩展公式运用到工业企业的低碳生产之中,为工业企业降低碳排放,发展低碳生产提供了有效途径。The paper focuses on the industrial enterprises and analyses its current situation of low-carbon production.Industrial enterprises consume a lot of energy,and have great potential in reducing carbon emissions.Based on Value Engineering and Low-carbon Economy theory,the extended formula of value engineering is given.Then applying the extended formula provides effective ways for the industrial enterprises to reduce carbon emissions,and develop low-carbon production.
