摘　　要：政府创业投资引导基金的管理模式分为委托管理和自我管理模式,在管理模式的选择上应当充分考虑这两种管理模式的优缺点,并从政府层面和市场层面分析管理模式选择的影响因素。通过理论分析和对山东省政府创业投资引导基金管理模式选择的案例研究,提出了政府创业投资引导基金管理模式选择的基本原则。The government venture investment guide fund management mode is divided into entrusted management and self management model.The advantages and disadvantages of management mode should be taken into consideration on the choice of the two modes,and from the government level and market level analysis the influence factors of management mode choice.Through theoretical analysis and studies case of Shandong province government venture investment guide fund management mode choice,this paper puts forward the basic principles for the government venture investment fund management modes selection.
