摘　　要：创新型人才培养依然是当前高职高专体育专业内涵建设的一个薄弱环节。通过对高职高专体育专业创新型人才培养现状分析,提出建立以优化课程体系、突显实践教学特色、建立规范化科学化评价体系等为手段的创新型人才培养模式。The cultivation of innovative talents is still the vulnerable spot in the connotation construction of majors of PE at present 3 - year colleges. Having analyzed the current situation of cultivation,this paper proposes to a cultivation model by means of setting up an optimized curriculum system, highlighting the feature of practical teaching, establishing the standardized and scientific assessment.
