CAV和ALV混合感染病例的诊断

摘　　要：本实验从10羽130日龄发病海兰白蛋鸡中分离组织病料,并进行药敏试验及PCR诊断。根据CAV、ALV已有引物,通过PCR方法检测,结果显示:样本均能扩增出584bp和1260bp的片段,即CAV和ALV均为阳性,确诊为CAV与ALV混合感染。测序结果显示,同源率分别可达97.3%～99.1%和98.3%～99.4%。According to the VP3 gene sequence of CAV SD24 strian and the GP85 gene sequence of ALV HPRS103 strian,two pairs of primer were designed and synthesized.PCR was used to detect clinical samples from 10 hens at 130-days pathogenetic chicken.The 584 bp and 1260 bp specific DNA fragment were amplified.As a result,the cases were considered being infected by CAV and ALV.Homology was 99.5% and 99.8% respectively.
