摘 要:针对菱镁混凝土夹芯板抗弯性能开展试验研究,初步探讨其受弯构件的基本力学性能,并对其破坏特征、变形曲线、开裂荷载和极限荷载进行了分析。结果表明:夹芯板从开裂到最终破坏具有明显的变形,延性较好;板材在加载过程中,在支座处率先出现剪切裂缝,随后在跨中侧面上出现起鼓现象;板的极限承载能力和刚度相对较低,由于人工制作,造成同批次夹芯板存在强度差异。所得结果可为该类夹芯板后续研究提供依据,同时可供有关工程设计人员参考。Experimental research on flexural performance of magnesite concrete sandwich panel was carried out,as to find out the mechanical behavior of flexural members.Its failure characteristics,deformation curve,the cracking load and ultimate load were analyzed.The results show ed thar.significant deformation and ductility was observed from cracking to the ultimate destruction state.During the process of loading,shear cracks initially forms on the supports,and then the bulge was observed in the mid-span of the panel.In addition,the ultimate bearing capacity and stiffness of the panel are relatively low.Due to the artificial production error the same batch of sandwich panels have exhibited different strength.The results acquired from the research lay the foundation for the further researches and provided beneficial reference for the engineers.
