摘　　要：警务一体化是警务合作最优化程度的表现状态。随着长三角地区经济、社会、文化建设等一体化进程的推进,其城市群警务合作需求也达到了较高的水平。在驱动苏、浙、皖、沪区域警务合作向更高水平、更紧密程度发展的进程中,长三角城市群各公安机关应依托区域独特优势,整合公安机关、社会组织、文化资源等力量,奠定和放大警务合作的基础和功能,编织全方位、多层次、立体互联的联动网络,建立集约化、高效型、可持续的反应对接机制,探索建立地域性新型的公共的合成警务,推动区域警务合作向警务一体化发展。Policing unification is the manifestation of the optimized police cooperation.With economic,social and cultural construction in the Yangtze Delta going under way,the demand for the police cooperation between cities is dramatically increasing.In driving the cooperation between police in Jiangsu Province,Zhejiang Province,Anhui Province and Shanghai to higher level,the public security organs in this region should use their geological advantages,rearrange police units,social organizations,even cultural resources,establish and expand the foundation and function of the police cooperation,establish an all-rounded and multileveled responsive network,set up an integrated,efficient and sustainable responsive mechanism,explore into the construction of interregional integrated policing and promote the development of the unified interregional police cooperation.
