摘　　要：危机警务是公安机关处置各类重大突发性公共安全危机事件的特别警务活动,危机警务中警察权力的配置,与正常社会状态下警察权力的配置应有不同。由于重大突发性公共安全危机事件具有突发性、无序性、严重破坏性的特点,因此,在危机警务中必须为公安机关配置较之正常社会状态下更多更具强制力的警察权力,使其在一定的原则下可以有条不紊地运用应急权力,采取应急措施,及时有效地应对重大突发性公共安全危机事件,发挥其更加积极的作用。The police crisis is a special policing activity in which public security organs have to handle all types of unexpected emergencies threatening public safety.The police power distribution in police crisis is different from that at the normal time.As serious public order emergencies have sudden,disorderly and destructive characteristics,the public security organs in a crisis must have more compulsory power than they do at the normal time,which will ensure the operation and execution of their power and measures so as to play an active role in handling any emergency threatening public safety.
