摘　　要：近年来,公安机关在如何保障未成年犯罪嫌疑人的合法权益方面不断进行探索和实践,各项工作取得了明显进展,但是在通知未成年犯罪嫌疑人的法定代理人旁听讯问工作方面仍有一些地方需要完善。为此,应从剖析此项工作面临的困难入手,建立合适成年人参与制度,切实维护未成年犯罪嫌疑人的合法权益。In recent years the police agencies have made consistent exploration and practice in the way of protecting the legal rights of juvenile criminal suspects and made noticeable progress. However, there is still something that needs to be perfected in the respect of informing the statutory agent to the spot where the juvenile criminal suspect is interrogated. Therefore, the paper starts with the analysis of the difficulties in this work and then suggests setting up the system of adults＇ involvement and practically protecting the legal rights of juvenile criminal suspects.
