摘　　要：针对临时烟囱运行存在的安全、环保风险，制定了运行风险控制措施，较好的解决了临时烟囱运行的安全、环保风险问题，也为将来烟气脱硫系统取消旁路运行提供了技术依据。According to the safety and environment risk of the temporary stack operation, the paper formulates the control method of the operation risk, which solves the safety and environment risk problems of the temporary stack operation and provides technology references to the bypass operation cancelling in the flue gas desulphurization system.
