摘　　要：莱钢3#3200m3高炉采取合理的上下部调剂、优化炉料结构、稳定合理的操作炉型等措施,生产指标不断优化,2011年9月份月利用系数达2.52t(/m.3d),全月有12d日产量在8200t以上,高炉连续稳产高产,实现了强化冶炼。Through reasonable upper and lower part regulation, optimizing burden design, stabilizing reasonable furnace wear lines and other effective means, the production indexes of Laiwu Steel＇ s No.3 3 200 m3 were improved continually. In 2011 September, the productivity reached 2.52 t/（m^3. d） and in the whole month for 12 days the daily production exceeded 8 200 t. The No.3 BF got its strengthening smelting.
