摘　　要：婚姻法新解释遵循了个人财产权优先的原则,更加重视契约精神,但是由此也给女性的安全带来很多问题。使女性在客观上受到威胁,在主观上也感到恐惧。文章主要从客观方面讨论女性安全问题,研究威胁女性安全性的原因,并提出相关对策。The new marriage law follows the priority principle of the individual property rights,and pays more attention to the contracted spirit,but it also brings many problems to female security.This threatens the females objectively and makes them frightening subjectively.This paper aims to discuss the security problems of females and study the reasons of threatening female security and put forward some relevant countermeasures.
