摘　　要：目的探讨应用高频阴式探头诊断输尿管末端结石的价值和意义。方法应用高频阴式探头对145例有明显肾绞痛症状的患者,经腹超声检查患侧肾脏未见分离性液性区,输尿管上段未见增宽病例,针对输尿管末端进行常规检查。结果检测输尿管末端结石145例,结石共173枚。结论高频超声检查对输尿管末端结石的诊断具有重要价值,高频阴式探头较常规经腹凸阵探头的超声分辨率高,图像清晰度高,故准确率高。Objective To explore the value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of lower ureteric stones.Methods 145 patients were examined routinely with high frequency transvaginal ultrasonography at low segment of ureter.All the patients had obvious nephritic colic and showed no fluid area on the kidney.There was no expansion on the up segment of ureter.Results All the patients （a total of 173 stones） were diagnosed as stones at low segment of ureter.Conclusion The high frequency transvaginal ultrasonography is of great value in the diagnosis of lower ureteric stones.The resolution of high frequency transvaginal ultrasonography was higher than that of curvilinear phased array probe,resulting in higher accuracy.
