危重症新生儿并发低血糖的营养支持护理策略探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨危重症新生儿并发低血糖的营养支持护理方法。方法 93例危重症新生儿随机分为观察组(47例)和对照组(46例),对照组患儿接受常规护理,观察组患儿接受整套营养支持护理策略。结果经治疗后,观察组(4.26%)发生高血糖并发症的概率远低于对照组(19.57%),而治疗的显效率(80.85%)高于对照组(54.35%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗危重症新生儿并发低血糖的过程中,一套科学、全方位的营养支持护理程序能更好地配合原发病的治疗,及时有效的纠正低血糖,同时加强营养支持护理,动态监测血糖变化,有利于患儿早日康复。Objective To explore strategies on nutrition support nursing for critically ill newborns complicated with hypoglycemia.Methods Ninety-three critically ill newborns with hypoglycemia were randomly divided into the study group (47 cases) and the control group (46 cases).The newborns in the study group received routine care,while those in the control group received nutrition support nursing.Results After treatment,the blood sugar of newborns in the two groups were all improved.The incidence of Hyperglycemia in the study group (4.26%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (19.57%),and the efficiency of study group (80.85%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (54.35%).Conclusion For critically ill newborns complicated with hypoglycemia,a set of scientific and comprehensive nutrition support nursing would be beneficial to the treatment of original disease.
