针刺按摩配合功能锻炼治疗腰椎间盘突出症470例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺按摩配合功能锻炼治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:对符合腰椎间盘突出症诊断标准的470例患者,采用电针、推拿、动态牵引、康复体操等方法治疗一个疗程。结果:治愈310例,好转150例,无效10例,总有效率97.8%。结论:本综合疗法对恢复脊柱的生物力学平衡、缓解疼痛、消除局部水肿具有显著疗效。Aim：Observe the curative effect of acupuncture massage cooperated functional training treated lumber intervertebal disc herniation.Methods：Treat one course for the people who has lumber intervertabal disc herniation with electric stimulation,massage,movement traction,recovered gymnastics and so on.Result：Cured 310 cases,bettered 150 cases,fail to 10 cases,efficiency 97.8%.Conclusion：The comprehensive treat betlered the recovered backbone bological mechanics balance,relieve the pain,eliminated partial oedema.It has achieved remarkable effection.
