浅谈民用飞机适航性与计量测试之间的关系

摘　　要：通过研究分析适航文件规章、SAE标准和AS9100质量管理体系中与计量测试相关的内容和要求,结合当前国内行业主管部门对民用飞机计量测试专业的规划,从适航标准、适航管理和适航验证的角度,阐述了适航性与计量测试之间的内涵及关系,提出了开展民用飞机计量测试标准规范体系、法规体系和技术体系建设的必要性和重要意义。By studying and analyzing the relevant contents and requirements of metrology and measurement in airworthiness documents, SAE standards and AS9100 quality management system, the paper describes the connotation and relationship between airworthiness and metrology and measurement from the angle of regulations, management and verification. Considering the current planning drawn by the administration, the paper proposes the necessity and signification of establishing the standard system, regulations system and technique system of civil aircraft metrology and measurement.
