摘　　要：随着农村经济发展和农村土地流转制度的不断改革和完善,土地流转经营形式日趋多样化.安溪县推出茶园承包经营权作价入股合作社,在泉州市率先突破农民专业合作社出资方式限制,对完善泉州市土地流转制度作出新的探索.文章以安溪县茶园承包经营权作价入股农民专业合作社为例,通过该县茶园作价入股现状、问题进行研究,探讨农村土地承包经营权入股进一步规范发展的对策与途径.With the development of the rural economy and the reform and perfection of rural land circulation system,management forms of land circulation have become diversified.Anxi county developed the contracted management right of tea garden as cooperative partnership by evaluation.It broke through the investment modes of farmer specialty cooperative organization in Quanzhou,and made exploration to improve the system of land circulation.Taking Anxi county ＂developing the contracted management right of tea garden as cooperative partnership by evaluation＂ as example,the paper studies the status and problems,and explores the countermeasure and ways of regulating the development of rural land contracting management right as shares.
