摘　　要：目的筛选依巴斯斯汀分散片制剂的处方及辅料用量。方法通过正交试验筛选依巴斯汀分散片崩解剂等辅料。结果处方组成为依巴斯汀5%,预胶化淀粉80%,羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS-Na)10%。结论优选处方及制剂工艺的依巴斯汀分散片溶出度明显优于普通片剂。Objective To optimize the formulation of eabstine dispersible tablet and the amount of additions.Methods Orthogonal design L9（34） was used to screen out the preparation of dispersible tablet.Results The optimal preparation was set as 5%eabstine,80% pregelatinized starch,10% CMS-Na.Conclusion The in-vitro dissolubility of the optimized dispersible tablet is better than that of the ordinary tablet.
