摘　　要：目的调查妊娠高血压综合征(PIH)患者产后血压、血脂、血糖情况。方法对213例PIH患者的产后血压、血脂、血糖情况进行调查和随访,并与患者住院时的血压、血脂、血糖情况比较,同时对现在的血压、血脂、血糖情况进行分析。结果 (1)调查时患者收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、甘油三酯(TG)与住院时SBP、DBP、甘油三酯(TG)相比明显降低(P<0.05),空腹血糖(FBG)、总胆固醇(TC)调查时无明显差异(P>0.05);(2)调查发现高血压患者21人,高血压前期75人,高脂血症患者87人,2型糖尿病11人、空腹血糖受损各49人,肥胖40人,超重102人,且危险因素具有一定的聚集性;(3)混合型高脂血症组BMI、Glu、SBP、DBP明显高于血脂正常组;(4)高血压组与血压正常组相比血压、血糖、血脂明显增高(P<0.01);(5)BMI(体质量指数)≥28组与BMI正常组(BMI<24),TC,TG,GLu,SBP,DBP相比明显增高(P<0.01)。结论血压、血脂、血糖及BMI升高呈一定的聚集性,可能是PIH患者产后血压水平升高的危险因素。Objective To investigate blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipid of PIH（pregnancy-induced hypertension） women on postnatal.Methods Two hundred and thirteen patients were surveyed by telephone,and the data of postpar blood pressure,fasting blood glucose and blood lipid were obtained.The data of blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid in patients medical record were collected.Both data were comared and analyzed.Results Compared with data of medical record,SBP,DBP and triglyceride（TG） of hypertension group significantly reduced（P0.05）.Fasting blood glucose,total cholesterol（TC） had no significant improvement（P0.05）.The survey found 18 patients with EH,75 with prehypertension,87 with high profile of lipids,11 with 2-DM,and 48 with IFG,40 with obesity,102 with overweight,and the risk factors had a certain aggregation.Blood lipid group had a significant higher BMI,blood glucose,SBP and DBP level than normal blood lipid group.EH group had a significant higher blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipid and BMI than normal blood pressure group.BMI≥28 group had significant higher blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipid than BMI24 group.Conclusion The increase of blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipid and BMI level showed a certain degree of aggregation,which might contribute to the increase of essential hypertension in postnatal with PIH.
