摘　　要：目的总结侧方骨牵引复位治疗桡骨远端难复性青枝骨折的技巧和优点。方法用骨圆钉穿过桡骨远端青枝骨折近端骨质,在透视下向桡侧牵引,纠正侧方移位,并旋转骨圆钉,纠正旋转畸形,10例闭合穿针固定,配合石膏外固定,2例单纯石膏固定,并随访2月。结果术后骨折复位良好,随访2个月后,腕关节功能恢复良好,无疼痛。结论侧方骨牵引复位治疗桡骨远端难复性青枝骨折是一种好方法。Objective To summarize the merits and skills of the treatment of the radius distal greenstick fracture which was difficult to reset by lateral bone traction.Methods The lateral displacement was corrected by tracting Kirschner wire which was through the proximal of the radius＇ fracture at the direction to radius and Kirschner wire turned to correct the rotary displacement,after which 10 cases were internally fixed with 2 Kirschner wires accompanied with plaster exteral fixing,and the other 2 cases were purely external fixed with plaster.All of the cases had two months of follow-up.Results The resetting of those fractures were good after operations and the wristers＇ functions were recovered better without pains.Conclusion It is a good method to treat the radius＇ distal greenstick fracture by lateral bone traction.
