摘 要:通过水提醇沉法提取保健酒药渣中总多糖,采用苯酚-硫酸法测定总多糖的含量。结果表明,药渣提取液与葡萄糖标准液在波长490nm处均有最大吸收,葡萄糖标准液在2.277~11.387μg/mL范围内与吸光度值有良好的线性关系,苯酚-硫酸法测定药渣总多糖其精密度、稳定性、重复性以及加样回收率均良好,测得保健酒药渣中总多糖(以葡萄糖计,下同)含量为5.62%。The total polysaccharides were obtained from the herb residue of health wine with water extraction and alcohol precipitation method,and the polysaccharides content of the extraction was measured with the phenol-sulfuric acid method.The results showed that : the herb residue extract and standard glucose solution all had absorption maximum at 490nm;there was a good linearity relation between the absorbency and the content of standard glucose in the range of 2.277-11.387μg/mL.In addition,the Phenol-sulfuric acid method had good accuracy,stability,repeatability and recovery.By this method,the average content of total polysaccharides(glucose) in herb residue of health wine was 5.62%.
