摘　　要：在总结南北盘江中上游重点防治区成果的基础上,着重阐述了综合开发治理水土流失、实施可持续发展战略对发展南北盘江中上游地区山区经济的重大意义,同时提出了保证可持续发展顺利实施的方法和经验。Based on the results in key control area of upper and middle Nanpan and Beipan Rivers this paper describes emphatically the significance of comprehensive improvement of soil erosion and implementation of strategy of sustainable development in developing the economy of upper and middle Nanpan and Beipan Rivers. It also presents the ways and experience to guarantee the successful execution of sustainable development.
