黄河垦利十八户控导工程的分析研究

摘　　要：义和庄至西河口位处黄河河口河段。近年来由于来水偏少,河床淤积,导致河势发生变化,对河口地区防洪安全和油田生产影响很大。在对该河段河道特性及河势演变分析的基础上,对现状整治工程存在的问题和发展趋势进行了分析研究,比较选定了十八户控导工程布局方案,以达到控导主流、使原有工程发挥效益、减轻洪水威胁、稳定清水沟流路的目的。The reach from Yihezhuang to Xihekou is located in the Yellow River mouth region. Owing to less water coming and river bed sedimentation in recent years and consequently leading to river regime change, flood prevention and oil exploration safety are seriously influenced in the Yellow River mouth region. Based on analysis of river regime evolution and channel characteristics in the reach, the issues and development trend of existing river control projects are analyzed and studied in the paper. After comparison, Shibahu control project distribution plan is selected to control river main flow channel, make full play of original projects, lighten threaten to flood, and stabilize Qingshuigou channel.
