摘  要:在对南水北调西线工程调入水量前后黄河流域水资源供需平衡结果分析的基础上,对2020年调水40亿m3,2030年调水100亿m3,2050年调水190亿m3进行了分配研究,提出了重点水资源利用的水源工程和不同调水量的受水区范围,并建议南水北调西线工程第一期工程应加快前期工作步伐,尽快实施以缓解黄河流域水资源供需紧张的局面。Based on the analysis of balanced result of water resource supply and demand in the Yellow River before and after western line water diversion from the Yangtze River into the Yellow River, several plans of water diversion of 4 billion m 3 in 2020, 10 billion m 3 in 2030 and 19 billion m 3 in 2050 have been distributed and studied, and water source projects for key water resource utilization and areas of various water diversion are suggested. It is also recommended that preparation for the first stage of western line water diversion project should be sped up and put into implementation as soon as possible in order to alleviate the urgent situation of the Yellow River water resource demand and supply.
