摘　　要：阐述一种汽车内饰件间隙面差的二维校核方法。此方法是基于向量环尺寸链的概念,按照零件的实际定位形式和相对位置构建一个二维空间等效映射的装配尺寸链模型,并将每个向量环所对应的零部件制造工艺尺寸偏差通过数学方法进行计算,用于校核各个内饰零部件之间的间隙面差的匹配控制可行性。该方法有助于在产品设计开发前期定义零件的质量评价。An analysis way to check gap ＆ flush of auto interior trim. Basing on the concept of Dimension chain with vector loop, creating a simplified assembly model with actual 2D location system and each positions of the components, and calculating the tolerance from process of the part in each vector loop by mathematical methods, thus to check the fit ＆ finish controlling feasibility for gap ＆ flush between components. This method can help to define the part＇ s quality evaluation in the beginning of product design and development.
