摘　　要：汽车油箱用来装汽车用的燃料,箱体是由金属板材卷制成型,再由缝焊机进行纵向缝焊,由于各种因素的影响,有时箱体焊缝处会泄漏。而油箱生产企业在此工序结束后无检查手段,就会产生油箱次品。介绍了一种汽车油箱焊缝检查机,可以及时检查焊缝的质量,降低产品的次品率。Car tank is used to hold automotive fuel, and the tank is made of sheet metal roll-type, then the longitudinal seam was welded by seam welding machine. Due to various factors, sometimes leak out of the box welds was happened. The fuel tank manufacturer, after the end of this process, if no means of inspection, the fuel tank defects would be resulted. A vehicle＇ s fuel tank weld inspection machine was described, the weld quality can be checked and the product defect rate reduced.
