摘　　要：随着世情、国情和党情的深刻变化,高校已经成为新党员发展的重要园地。然而,高校学生党支部发展党员时考察衡量一个学生是否可以入党缺乏一个具体的考察标准指导,发展的大学生党员的素质和质量缺乏重要的支撑标准来保障。文章通过实践分析总结,旨在探讨一个系统明细、可操作性强的党员发展考察标准,以保证大学生党员发展的质量。With profound changes on world situation,national conditions and party,college had become an important field of the development of the new party members.However,because of being lack of a specific standard guidance when party members were developed by university students＇ party branch,so quality and quality of student party developed can not be guaranteed.In order to ensure the quality of the party members of university development,through the analysis,a system detail,maneuverability investigation standard of party member development was explored.
