摘　　要：阐述了地方科技工作者迫切需要图书馆的支持,高校图书馆服务地方科技工作者是自身发展需要的观点。从地域优势、资源优势、人才优势、技术和设备优势等层面分析了高校图书馆服务地方科技工作者的优势。指出了高校图书馆服务地方科技工作者的意义,探索了高校图书馆如何做好对地方科技工作者的服务的途径。This paper presents the local science and technology workers need of library support,service of University Library in local science and technology workers are the development needs of their own point of view.From the geographical advantage,resource advantage,talent advantage,technology and equipment advantages and other aspects analyzed the University Library Service in local science and technology workers advantage.And points out that university library to serve local science and technology workers sense,explores how the university library to do well the local science and technology workers Service way.
