42例强直性脊柱炎侯氏特色康复护理临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨并规范强直性脊柱炎中医临床护理路径,以提高强直性脊柱炎临床治疗效果。方法:对2010年1月～2011年7月间收治的42例强直性脊柱炎患者,运用侯氏特色护理措施辅助治疗。结果:患者治疗后,42例中显著好转34例,好转7例,无效1例,总有效率97.06%。结论:完善、规范的侯氏特色护理,可以促进强直性脊柱炎患者的康复。Objective： To explore and programme the method of the traditional Chinese medicine special nursing for ankylosing spondylitis so as to improve the clinical effect. Methods： 42 cases of patient＇ with ankylosing spondylitis, who were admitted from January,2010 to July, 2011, received Hou therapeutics special rehabilitation nursing as an adjunctive treatment. Results：Of 42 cases who were treated,34 cases turned out to be a remarkable turnaround; 7cases took a favorable turn ; only one case had on effect. Total efficiency rate was 97.06%. Conclusions ： It is the perfection and standard of Hou therapeutics special rehabilitation nursing that can efficiently promote the recovery of patients with ankylosing spondylitis.
