抓住西部开发机遇 创建绿色果品基地——渭北塬区苹果产业持续发展之管见

摘　　要：绿色食品是当今世界农业生产发展的方向。渭北苹果作为优势拳头产品和振兴区域经济的支柱产业 ,应把握果品生产发展方向 ,走“绿色”果品之路。本文从绿色果品生产的基本要求出发 ,对渭北塬区苹果产区的资源、环境、产业优势进行了分析 ,认为只有抓住西部大开发的历史机遇 ,将该区的地域、环境资源优势与优良品种和先进的绿色技术等结合起来 ,创建绿色果品基地 ,才能确保该区苹果业的稳定、持续发展。同时针对该区目前苹果产业发展中存在的主要问题 ,提出了应该切实加强的关键技术和政策措施。Based on the basic requirements of green fruit production, the various resources and environmental advantages of Weibei apple producing area are analyzed. The results show that it is very essential to catch the historic opportunity of China's western development, to make full use of natural resources and environmental advantages in the region, to adopt good apple varieties and advanced public non nuisance techniques, and most of all, to establish green fruit producing base, if we want to insure the sustainable development of the apple industry in the region. Besides, some key technologies concerned are given in accordance with existing problems in apple production.
