基于GIS的浙南镇村空间分析与优化研究——以浙江温州柳市镇改造为例

摘　　要："温州模式"是一种特殊的经济发展方式,所塑造的镇村空间也具有相应的特征。该文以温州模式的发源地柳市镇为例,研究了在"温州模式"经济发展背景下浙南旧镇村土地使用、空间发展演化的典型特征与问题;筛选出若干影响用地与空间演化的作用因子,用"层次分析法"(Analytic Hierarchy Process)来确定因子权重,一定程度摆脱了定性分析阶段的盲目性,并结合GIS空间分析进行多因子叠加,得出空间综合质量评价图;在此基础之上提出旧镇村空间改造的优化策略。The ＂WenZhou mode＂ is a special mode of economic development, the space of towns and villages in this way also have a corresponding feature, LiuShi town of WenZhou in Zhejiang Province is the birthplace of ＂WenZhou mode＂ . The paper studies the typical characteristics and problems in the land use and spatial evolution in the context of economic development, and filters out some factors which influence land use and spatial evolution, with＂Analytic Hierarchy Process＂ to determine the factor weighting, which gets rid of the blindness of qualitative analysis in some part, Combining with the GIS spatial analysis of multiple factors, we attain the spatial comprehensive quality evaluation, and propose optimization strategies.
