新疆生产建设兵团小城镇风貌特色研究——以农三师河东新镇(四十八团)为例

摘　　要：中央对新疆地区新一轮"援疆计划"的实施,使得兵团小城镇风貌环境的改善面临着良好的机遇。但在兵团小城镇风貌特色营造的过程中,出现了风貌特色趋同、多镇一面的局面,如何营造各个城镇独特的风貌特色成为目前面临的主要困惑。该文从自然环境特质和历史文化特质两方面对农三师河东新镇(四十八团)城镇风貌特色进行了分析,提出了其在城镇风貌建设上存在的问题,并分别从整体风貌定位、空间形态定位、特色元素选择与营造三个方面提出了建议。认为只有充分关注各个城镇的自然环境与历史文脉,才能真正营造出独特的城镇风貌,创造"绿色、生态、和谐"的生态宜居型小城镇。With the central government implementing the Project of ＂Aid plan to Xinjiang＂, the small town in Xinjiang Province now has a good chance to improve their living environment. Nevertheless, during the formation of new town images, people start to find it more and more difficult to tell their hometown from neighboring towns by streets views. How to build the unique characteristics has become a major job for urban planners. The article provides a deep analysis of town images of Hedong New Town （Regiment 48, Division 3） from environmental and cultural aspects, pointing out the main problems in forming town images. In addition, the article puts forwards the suggestions from＂Urban Overall Style＂, ＂Urban Space Shape＂and＂Characteristic Elements＂. The author believes that only by taking every natural and historical aspect of the town into consideration can we build a ＂Green, Ecological, Harmonious＂ life-friendly town with real features of its own.
